Princess Maker: Children of Revelation 1.0: What's New

New endings

The release notes list 8 new career endings and 4 endings with characters you meet in everyday life, all with achievements. The eight career endings match eight new achievements, each at 0.1% of Steam players on launch day:

AchievementEnding it describes
Training of Body and MindMartial arts instructor
Curiosity Toward MatterAlchemist
A Keen-Edged DanceSword dancer
A Forgotten ScentPerfumer
Dazzling OrnamentsJeweler
Every Story in the WorldBard
Designs Like MagicSigil drafter
Guardian of KnowledgeDean of the Academy

Five achievements with hidden descriptions also sat at 0.1%: Beyond Everything, A Recipe for Two, Magic Drawn Side by Side, Days and Nights at the Checkpoint and On the Same Page. The four everyday-character endings are likely among them, but Steam does not say which. Nobody has published tested conditions for any of these yet; the ending finder will add them as routes are confirmed.

Before 1.0, a list of planned endings pulled from game files circulated on the fan wiki (Sword Dancer, Judge, Curator and others). Only Sword Dancer matches a 1.0 achievement so far.

Combat changes

  • Attacks now use MP.
  • You can flee during a battle.
  • Combat formulas and regional difficulty were rebalanced across the board.

Players were asking how to refill MP on launch day with no answers yet. See expeditions.

Other changes

  • New schedule events, exploration events, backgrounds and event illustrations.
  • Ending selection refined to cut down on unintended endings.
  • Some equipment and item prices and stats adjusted, so older price lists (ours included) may be slightly off.
  • Translation and UI improvements; a skip option for the martial arts tournament.
  • Fixes for stuck bond events, doubled text, and a character who could not be met on macOS (players had reported the Mabian Hero’s Statue for Lupo on Mac).

Price and saves

The game costs $34.99, 20% off for 14 days. The developer had said the price would rise at release; in the 1.0 notes it apologized to Early Access buyers for keeping the price and then discounting it. In January 2026 the team warned that Early Access saves would likely not carry over, while collection, fate cards and play statistics could be kept.

What is not in 1.0

Voice dubbing was mentioned in the August 2026 notes but is not in the 1.0 list; players report the voice option offers only Korean. No Switch version has been announced.
